VCU3000

VCU3000 series vehicle controller is a vehicle control unit independently developed by Tianjin yidingfeng Powertrain Technology Co., Ltd., which is suitable for pure electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles with 12V power supply system. The product is based on the VCU development technology and experience of yidingfeng for many years. The control unit uses 32-bit automotive level processing chip and has 200MHz clock bus speed. The product can be used for hardware in the loop testing of rapid prototyping,with flexible underlying software interface and integration environment. The application layer supports model-based development mode, and the software can be customized according to user needs.


Product introduction

1.Overview

1.1 VCU3000 vehicle controller is the upgraded version of VCU2000, which is the core control device of electric vehicle. It is responsible for vehicle driving intention analysis, vehicle management, fault diagnosis and drive control.

1.2 on the one hand, VCU3000 controller plays a role in improving driving comfort, providing driving range and reducing power consumption of electric vehicles. On the other hand, VCU3000, as the controller of the company's main pure electric and extended electric passenger vehicle platform, has a higher safety level, and carries out software and hardware development according to the requirements of ISO26262 development process. At the same time, it inherits the control system platform of VCU2000, which greatly shortens the process of various vehicle matching and marketization.

2.2 the underlying software and application software of the controller are in line with the AUTOSAR interface standard. The underlying software of the controller is generated by AUTOSAR / MCAL configuration, and has mature and rich standardized function algorithm library for user configuration.

4.Product Structure And Principle

4.1 Standard hardware platform: it has rich high and low side drive output, analog and digital signal detection interfaces. It is matched according to the actual system scheme. The three can can be equipped with 120 ohm terminal resistance to protect the short circuit to battery and short circuit to ground.

4.2 Software modular design: the bottom software and application software of the controller meet the AUTOSAR interface standard, and have rich software resource library, such as OBD / UDS diagnosis library, CCP calibration library, vehicle accessories management library, etc.
