1.Summary

1.1 this device is used for battery pack offline electrical performance test. During the test, the test points on the BMS board are connected with the test equipment through tooling. The test equipment is controlled by software to switch different test items for testing. The test results of each item are displayed in real time during the test, and the final test results of a single battery are given after the test.

1.2 the device can flexibly adjust the test functions by importing test scripts or other forms. The judgment standard (judgment range) of each test item can be adjusted at will. It can complete the preparation of test scripts through simple and easy to understand compiling language. In the script, it can control the start and stop of power supply and load and work mode, One or more switches can be opened or closed at will; The test time of each test item can be set; It can carry out conventional simple operations, such as selecting the maximum and minimum values of some test results, and selecting two test results for addition and subtraction and judgment.

1.3 the interface of the software is beautiful and simple. The name of the tested product, tester and test date can be set. The battery system number can be input manually or by scanning the code. The number can also be automatically numbered according to the setting rules; Test data can be saved in real time to prevent loss, can be reviewed at any time according to the saved items, and can be exported to excel and other formats. Different colors can be displayed according to the test results, and different acousto-optic signals can be output. The time of acousto-optic signal can be set; The accuracy of each hardware meets the general standard (0.1%).

1.4 the equipment adopts standard cabinet with good heat dissipation. The height of the display center from the ground is about 1.2m, which is convenient for operators to observe.

2.Configuration Parameters

3.Software Function

3.1 the system is based on modular design and has good expansibility.

3.2 threshold or fault parameters can be set to verify the results of different working conditions.

3.4 alarm function: automatic alarm / prompt when abnormal products are detected.

3.5 with traceability function: the preservation of test records.

3.6 voltage measurement: control the relay switching through the switch control card, measure the voltage at different points, measure the voltage, and judge after comparing with the set value.

3.7 charging function test: connect the battery pack into the charging circuit, set the charging voltage and current, charge, and judge by reading back the charging current of the regulated power supply.

3.8 discharge function test: connect the battery pack into the discharge circuit, set the discharge current, discharge, and judge by reading back the discharge current of the electronic load.

3.9 over current protection function test: connect the battery pack into the discharge circuit, set the discharge current to increase gradually within a certain range, trigger the protection value of the protection board to terminate the discharge when it increases to a certain value, and judge by reading back the discharge current before the discharge termination of the electronic load.

3.10 short circuit protection function test: short circuit the battery output, and control the 600A DC contactor through the drive circuit; Short circuit and measure the output voltage of battery at the same time.

3.11 overcharge protection function: when charging the battery, there is charging current. At the same time of charging, add a certain resistance value into the test point of the protection board to observe whether the charging circuit is closed (read back whether the charging current value of the stabilized voltage source is 0, and it is qualified when it is 0).

3.12 over discharge protection function: when the battery is discharged, there is discharge current. At the same time, a certain resistance value is incorporated into the test point of the protection board to observe whether the discharge circuit is closed (by reading back whether the load discharge current value is 0, it is qualified when it is 0).
