The theory and practice of the training course were combined. The external lecturers systematically and professionally explained the new coronavirus transmission route, protective measures, precautions and enhancing immunity, and described in detail the daily impact of the new coronavirus on people by using news facts and specific data.

Then, it explains and demonstrates the occupational health aspects of acupoint regimen and prevention of neck shoulder and waist leg diseases.
